 Olivia
Sterling,
born in the Shenandoah Valley of
Virginia. A graduate of James Madison
University's Art and Dance program.. Ms. Sterling
works in mixed media, oils, graphite, handmade
paper, and natural/ found objects, beads, and
seasonal local materials. Olivia explores the theme
of women and children and their issues in today's society with emphasis on earlier and
indigenous cultures.
An important life focus for Olivia is to contribute
to the children of the world. She has assisted in
developing the gallery with Galaxie InterTv
Part of the
proceeds of the sale of Ms. Sterling's work will be
donated to the Haitian Children's Fund.
