  1. Why I do not see the Windows Medial Player (audio or video streaming)?
    -Windows XP     - For best video preview, you will need fast Internet connection-DSL, cable, and latest Media Player -     free download

  2. How can I listen Galaxie Internet Radio? - You cal listen Internet Radio with any Internet connection.
     

  3. Are TV and Internet Radio free? - Internet TV and all videos or movies-on-demand are with low monthly membership.  Internet radio is free.
     

  4. Where can I get the membership? - You may get low monthly membership for Galaxie International Internet TV and Internet Radio HERE
     

  5. What includes in my monthly membership package? - Galaxie International is offering 2 types of membership:
    -Premium package of Internet live TV, all video programs and movies-on-demand, with low cost of $10 per month
    -2 hours video per day (full access) - for the low monthly cost of $5.00
     

  6. Can I cancel my membership? - Sure, in the membership page, there is a icon for cancellation of the your membership.
     

  7. There is no sound in Internet Radio or TV - check your sound card or speakers if the sound is enable.
     

  8. There is no picture in the video, I have fast Internet connection:
     - Depend of your computer system the problems could be various, but first check if you have Media Player-free Media Player download
    -If your system is other than Windows, please check the web site of your system for Windows Media plug-in (see above in question 1)
    -Your firewall may prevent Media player to access Internet, or if your computer is business computer, you may not have the administrative rights for this task.  Check with your system administrator.
     

  9. What will be the video size and quality of Web TV programs? -  The quality of Web TV depends of the quality of each user's computer and Internet connection. Good video card on your computer, good screen, RAM more than 1 GB, and fast internet-more than 500 kbs will make quality of the image clearer than slow Internet connection and poor video card and screen.  We will have intelligent adoptive video streaming, where the video will adapt to the Internet speed of each user's computer and will vary from 300kbs to 700 kbs.  Naturally those with 300kbs Internet will view poorer image than those with 700kbs. You can view full page by right click on the video screen and choose "ZOOM" then "full screen".  You can also purchase from stores like "Best Buy" TV adapter to your computer, where you can watch our show from your computer to your TV.
     

  10. What if I still have technical problems? - Galaxie International is offering computer repair services:
    -DSL and Cable setup and troubleshoot
    -Installation of any software
    -Scanning your computer for viruses and cleaning the viruses.  Installing antivirus software and configuration.
    -Installing, troubleshooting, and configuration of firewall, spam software and (or) hardware.
    -Network installation, configuration, setup.
